Provided by Westhampton Beach school district's Adult Education course. Step by step, acquire the techniques and skills used by interior decorators to update room design. Each week we will explore a different topic: 1. Elements of Design: Line, Form, Color, Texture, Light…, 2. Principles of Balance, 3. Proportion & Scale, 4. Creating a Focal Point & Unity of Space. Students have the option of developing an actual decorating plan for a room. Week 5, we will evaluate projects. Instructed by Robin Lechner of Robin Lechner Designs.
