POGODA PRINT WALLPAPER - GUEST POST
Pagodas, tiered towers with multiple eaves, can be found in places such as Nepal, China and Japan. Their likeness can be found gracing the walls and ceilings of exotic, Asian-inspired interiors like those below. Pagoda print wallpapers tend to be busy, and call for a special touch when decorating with them. The following are a few of my favorite papered rooms:
Papered on walls and ceiling, this bedroom might be beautiful to some and a little busy to others. What do you think?
Red pagoda paper graces the walls of this richly-hued living room. The molding at the top of the walls gives the wallpaper a border for extra interest.
A perfect pink and white pagoda paper looks lovely with an ornate pink headboard. The crisp white on the bed, side table and table lamp plays nicely off the paper.
A formal dining room gets a more sedate version of pagoda wallpaper and matching fabric. I love the pagoda motifs on the table skirt.
Red paper gives this little passage way an exotic feel. The red Asian hanging lantern matches perfectly in the space.
Brilliant orange pagodas grace the walls of a stairway. The matching door and molding make the space really pop.
Here again, walls and ceiling get papered in a busy pagoda print. The dark woods contrast nicely with the blue and white of the paper.
Pagoda papered walls wind down a hall and up a staircase. The chevron floor adds an extra touch of interest, as do the crisp white ceiling lights. Images 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8
